Discover one of the most diverse environments of nature in the Upper Hotzenwald (Obere Hotzenwald), a compact geographic area of the Black Forest (Schwarzwald). This "bio-hotspot" is located at an elevation of over 900 meters and is home to a variety of wildlife indigenous from the North Pole to Sicily, which makes it one of the most unique nature reserves in all of Europe: "Natura 2000".
